Amy Dalsing came to Auburn in the infancy of the Tiger softball program. At the time they played at the City of Auburn Softball Complex near I-85. In her last season, the Kansas City, Kansas, native played her games at what is now Jane B. Moore Field.
At Auburn she met her husband, Auburn baseball player Derek Reif. After her playing days, she spent time as an assistant for her head coach, Tina Deese, worked at ESPN, was the head coach for NAIA Park University and served as a paralegal for her sister. Soccer brought the Reifs back to Auburn. Reif now serves at the Director of Soccer Operations for Head Coach Karen Hoppa. Derek is a pharmacist.
