Renowned for its unrivaled gameday experience, Auburn Athletics announces information designed to help fans fully enjoy their campus visits during the 2022 football season. 

The Tigers kick off Sept. 3 at 6 p.m. CT vs. Mercer, the first of five consecutive home games and eight overall this fall at Jordan-Hare Stadium. 

This communication outlines information regarding traditions, parking, tailgating, digital ticketing, arrival and gate entry, concessions and opportunities for fans to elevate their experiences while contributing to Auburn's all-time home winning percentage of .801 (402-97-8). 
 

PARKING AND TAILGATING

  • Click here to purchase reserved single game or season-long parking through the Bruno Event Team.
  • Download the Waze app for the most up-to-date directions and gameday road closures.
  • Gameday Parking is also available through RevelXP.  
  • Tiger Transit is a complimentary service with free parking at each of the on and off campus pick-up locations. Buses run for four hours prior to kickoff, intermittently throughout the game and for two hours post-game to return fans to their stops.
  • Tiger Transit utilizes Doublemap/Transfer technology to enable fans to view buses in motion and the routes in real-time via the internet and smartphone. Click here to download the app for Apple phones or click here for Android device.
  • Downtown Burton Street Parking Deck is a 500 space parking deck centrally located on Burton Street off either Gay Street, Magnolia Avenue or Glenn Avenue for $40 per day. Simply download the LAZ Parking app, under the Event Parking tab chose the date, reserve a space, pay and be assured that your space will be ready when you arrive for gameday.
  • Parking in the Downtown Wright Street Deck (350 spaces) is $40 per game and available for purchase at arrival at 140 Wright Street. 
  • ADA Parking Locations:
    • VCOM lot (primary ADA parking lot) – 910 South Donahue Drive
    • Gogue Performing Arts Lot (Woodfield Drive) – For ADA patrons wishing to tailgate at the lot a reserved space may be purchased for $25. Tiger Transit will pick-up and drop-off in the GPAC lot beginning four prior to kickoff.
    • South Quad Lot (330 Lem Morrison Dr)
    • North Wire Lot (201 Wire Road)
  • To utilize accessible parking, two items must be present at time of entry:
    • The state-issued handicapped license plate or hang tag.
    • The individual who was issued the handicapped license plate or hang tag by the state must be present in the vehicle.
  • Free Parking Locations:
    • Facilities Management Campus (Surface Lot, Pond, Community Gardens, Samford Avenue – west side of road)
    • South Donahue Hayfields 
    • Research Park
    • Ross Square
    • AG Hill
    • All off-campus Tiger Transit pick-up locations (City Softball, Auburn Mall, Tiger Town)

ARRIVAL AND GATE ENTRY

  • Fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delays. Gates and all stadium services open two hours prior to kick-off. Pre-game begins 20 minutes prior to kick-off.
  • Student gates will open 2 hours and 15 minutes prior to kickoff.
  • Walkthrough Metal Detectors will be in operation for the 2022 season.
  • Additional pass-through walkthrough metal detector units that do not require patrons to empty their pockets have been added to improve entry into Jordan-Hare Stadium.
  • Jordan-Hare Stadium has a clear bag policy.  
  • 'No Bag Gates' have been eliminated to avoid confusion. Patrons may enter any available gate with a clear bag.
  • Fans are allowed to bring in an empty water bottle or cup for use at the complimentary water refill stations, as well as one clear, factory-sealed bottled water. For your convenience, complimentary water refill stations are available throughout Jordan-Hare Stadium.
  • The following items are prohibited from being brought into the stadium: artificial noise makers, cameras with lenses over four inches, non-clear bags, outside food and drink, pets, stadium seats with arms, umbrellas, video cameras, and weapons (including pocket knives).

DIGITAL TICKETING

  • Auburn Athletics will continue to provide digital tickets for the 2022 football season. Digital tickets help to increase convenience, flexibility and safety for fans on gamedays. Click here for more information on digital tickets.
  • Fans will use digital tickets for season/single game tickets and transfers. Digital tickets will be scanned off your mobile device for entry. 
  • Fans are highly encouraged to download their digital tickets prior to arriving at Jordan-Hare Stadium. Downloading tickets at the gate may require additional time due to possible limited connectivity on gamedays.
  • The number of pedal scanners has been increased for the 2022 season to improve speed and convenience. Fans will place their cell phones under the scanner for contactless entry.
  • Pedestal ticket scanners will be located at Gates 1-4 on the east side, as well as Gates 12 and 13 on the west side, and also in the Neville Suite Lobby.  

CONCESSIONS, MERCHANDISE & CHAIRBACKS

  • All transactions for tickets, concessions, and merchandise at Jordan-Hare Stadium will be contactless and cashless (credit and debit cards only).
  • Cash will be accepted at the main chairback stations located on the west side behind section 1 and the east side behind section 34. All other chairback sales locations will be cashless.  
  • Skip the lines at the concessions stands and in Jordan-Hare Stadium and order for pickup at the stand nearest you. To order, using your smartphone, select "CONCESSIONS" from the sidebar menu on the Auburn Athletics Official app. The dedicated pick-up window for Mobile Express orders will be available at concessions stands located behind sections 3, 34, 51, and 106.
  • The home opener against Mercer has been designated as a wear white game. Purchase officially licensed Auburn gear at the AU Team Shop.
  • Mark your territory and enhance your seating comfort with a chairback before your arrival at Jordan-Hare Stadium this fall. 
  • Fans may listen to the Auburn Sports Network broadcast inside the stadium with no delay with the purchase of a live sports radio device on the concourse for $25. Existing devices may also be reprogrammed for $10.     
  • Auburn Football Yearbooks will be available for purchase all season long throughout the stadium for $10 (cash only).  A limited number of yearbooks will be available for purchase via debit or credit card at select Team Shop locations.
  • Digital programs will be made available for all games, home and away.  Due to nationwide paper shortage, there will be no single-game printed programs available for the 2022 season. Only paper yearbooks will be sold in the stadium.
  • Auburn fans now have the opportunity to commemorate all 2022 home football games with official commemorative ticket stubs from Stub-e. Each souvenir ticket will include an exclusive design for each game, personalized seat locations, and a game recap so fans can remember their experience at Jordan-Hare Stadium. Fans can now order their commemorative tickets for all 2022 Tiger football games at Stub-e.com/Auburn. Whether you attend the game or not, everyone is able to order a commemorative ticket.

AUBURN TRADITIONS

  • Tiger Walk will begin two hours prior to kickoff of each home game at the corner of South Donahue/Samford and proceed to the Harbert Recruiting Center.
  • Be sure to be in your seats 20 minutes prior to kickoff for the beginning of pre-game festivities, including the eagle flight – the best pre-game tradition in college football. 
  • The Auburn Marching Band will perform on the field for both pre-game and halftime.  
  • The spirit march and four corners pep rally will occur outside the stadium approximately one hour prior to kickoff. 
  • Toomer's Corner – fans are encouraged to celebrate an Auburn victory at Toomer's Corner. Auburn University officials are asking fans to hold off for another year on the rolling the Auburn Oaks and descendants along Samford Park.

FAN EXPERIENCE & GAMEDAY SPECIAL EVENTS

  • New in 2022: Fans are encouraged to follow LIVE gameday updates with new social media accounts, which will post information such as road closures, traffic delays, gate opening reminders, and more:
  • Tiger Talk will be live from Baumhower's Victory Grille (2353 Bent Creek Rd) at 6 p.m. every Thursday prior to home football game weekends.
  • Friday Football Luncheon, presented by CB&S Bank: Kick off home game weekends at the Friday Football Luncheon each at 11 a.m. in the Harbert Family Recruiting Center. All luncheons for the 2022 season are currently sold out.
  • Friday Football Locker Room Tours: The Auburn Family is invited to experience the pre-game locker room setup for the football team on Fridays prior to each home game from 4 to 6 p.m. Enter Jordan-Hare Stadium Gate 10.
  • Coke Fan Fest is a free pre-game entertainment area located in front of the Nichols Center on Donahue Drive. Opening four hours prior to kickoff, the fest includes inflatable games, a live DJ and more. New in 2022 – Coke Fan Fest will feature a large video board display at select home games for live college football game viewing.
  • Home Plate Tailgate, presented by Bud Light, is located in the Plainsman Park Parking Lot. The space is free of charge and open to the public as a tailgating destination close to the action of Jordan-Hare Stadium. Home Plate Tailgate will open four hours prior to kickoff and feature TVs for live college football game viewing and tailgate games. Once in the area, fans will have access to restrooms and tents for shade. Food and beer will be available for purchase. New in 2022 – Home Plate Tailgate will feature local musical talent. Home Plate Tailgate on Saturday, September 3 will feature Dadeville native, Sid Phelps.
  • The Tiger Tailgate Show presented by Conecuh Sausage will again originate from the east side of Jordan-Hare Stadium three hours prior to kick-off. A number of food trucks will also be available on the east side of the stadium.
  • Guest Wireless Internet Service is available in the stadium and across campus using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer. Users may join by selecting the "AU_Guest" Wi-Fi network from their mobile device.
  • Be sure to download the official Auburn gameday app. Available in the app store and Google Play, the Auburn gameday app feature access to War Eagle Lights light show, free live audio, real-time social streams, interactive stadium maps, scoreboards, stats, gameday programs, mobile concessions ordering and much more.
