KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The final day of the Zone B Diving Championships proved to be the most competitive with only six qualifying spots on the line in the women's platform event.

Gretchen Wensuc, Ashlynn Sullivan and Abigail Farrar all left everything they had on the tower. Wensuc led the group to finish eighth, Sullivan ninth and Farrar 13th.

Sullivan had already dialed up two top-12 finishes in both the 1-meter and 3-meter events. A personal best 275.05 in her first list had the senior sixth after the prelims.

The Lucas, Texas native wasn't the only one performing well on Wednesday, though. Wensuc's 258.60 and Farrar's 244.70 were both inside the top 18, meaning all three Tigers moved on to a second list for the first time this week.

In finals, all three divers continued their good form. Combined with their prelims score, Wensuc totaled a 535.00 while Sullivan was right behind at 530.30. Farrar finished with a strong 507.65.
