BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Capping a prolific 2022-23, the Auburn Swimming and Diving team picked up 11 SEC postseason awards, the conference announced Wednesday.

Meghan Lee, Michael Bonson, Mihalis Deliyiannis, Mikkel Gadgaard, Ryan Husband, Kalle Makinen, Mason Mathias, Reid Mikuta, Aidan Stoffle, Nate Stoffle and Logan Tirheimer each earned Second Team All-SEC honors.

For the men, the 10 honors were the most since 13 student-athletes were named to All-SEC teams in 2012. Lee's accomplishment now gives the women at least one All-SEC honor in each of the last eight years, dating back to 2016.

For the All-SEC Teams, the First Team consists of the top finisher in each event at the SEC Championships, and the Second Team consists of the second and third-place finishers in each event.

Lee's silver medal performance in the 100 fly gave the junior her first All-SEC honor. Her 51.01 in the final made the Timonium, Maryland product the third-fastest performer in school history.

Aidan Stoffle, Mikuta, Nate Stoffle and Makinen snagged podium finishes in both the 200 and 400 medley relays. While both were top-10 times in program history, the 400 medley mark of 3:03.03 was the second-fastest Auburn history behind only the 2009 quartet of Pascal Wollach, Adam Klein, Tyler McGill and Matt Targett.

Bonson, Mathias, Husband and Gadgaard generated one of the loudest roars of the week in College Station during the 800 free relay. A then record 6:12.39 earned the group the Tiger's first silver medal of the week.

Tirheimer, Makinen, Deliyiannis and Nate Stoffle brought the Orange and Blue back to the podium in the 200 free relay. Clocking in at 1:15.94, the time was good enough for bronze.

Individually, Reid Mikuta hit the wall third in the final of the 100 breast. Meanwhile, Nate Stoffle's 45.04 earned bronze for the sophomore. The Lilburn, Georgia native would break the 100 back school record that same night during the 400 medley relay.
