Wochomurka's crew enter the weekend with SEC dual wins on both the men's and women's sides on their resume. Back in October, the Tigers went on the road and took down Missouri. The men earned the victory, 204-95, while the women surged past their opponents, 227-93.
The Auburn women own two NCAA A cuts entering the second half of the season in both the 400 medley and 200 free relays. Individually, the Orange and Blue women have knocked down 48 NCAA B cuts.
On the men's side, the Tigers have grabbed A cuts in the 200 free, 400 free and 400 medley relays. Both Aidan Stoffle and Nate Stoffle have also eclipsed the A cut mark in the 200 back. Auburn men have also combined for 46 additional B cuts.
In the latest CSCAA Coaches Poll, Auburn ranks 10th on the men's side and 14th on the women's. Conversely, Georgia enters Saturday ranked 7th and 12th between its men and women, respectively.
Turning the calendar over to 2024 signals the race to postseason swimming. Auburn hosts this year's SEC Championships Feb. 19-23. Both the women's and men's NCAA Championships are scheduled for a month later in March.
