AUBURN, Ala. – The PNC Achievers program is back with 12 Auburn student-athletes on the Spring 2024 Watch List. The group was selected based on their well-rounded achievement through leadership, academic success, community engagement and in competition.
The watch list representatives are: Akasha Anderson (Volleyball), Dylan Cardwell (Men's Basketball), Oscar Chapman (Football), Taylen Collins (Women's Basketball), Ryan Eshleman (Men's Golf), Caroline Frendenburg (Equestrian), Sophia Groth (Gymnastics), Nic Heng (Men's Tennis), Hannah Ownbey (Women's Swim & Dive), Maddie Prohaska (Soccer), Justin Stuckey (Men's Track & Field) and Carys Worby (Women's Golf).
"With their demonstrated commitment to excellence in athletics, academics and community service, these PNC Achievers honorees epitomize Auburn being Auburn," Athletic Director John Cohen said. "Through our AuburnYOU life skills program, we continually strive for ways to develop and prepare student-athletes in all areas, building on the foundation their families have instilled in them."
An Auburn Athletics staff panel selects student-athletes who have distinguished themselves in the areas of academic achievement, community service and student leadership.
The panel will evaluate the 12 student-athletes who made the watch Llist and trim the list to six finalists before naming one male and one female as Auburn's Spring 2024 PNC Achievers. The two winners will be recognized at an in-game ceremony.
Cassie Stevens (Gymnastics) and Elijah McAllister (Football) were the Auburn recipients of the Fall 2023 PNC Achievers award. Click here to read more.
