  • Retired all six batters he faced vs. Florida A&M on 23 pitches, 17 of which were strikes, and turned in a then-season-high four strikeouts in the game.
  • Pitched a SEC-high 3.0 scoreless innings to keep the middle game at LSU tied in the sixth, seventh and eighth innings.
  • The first seven outs he recorded in the game were strikeouts, the most by an Auburn reliever this season.
  • His 57 pitches at LSU were a season high, and 65 percent of the pitches he offered during the week were strikes.

  • Retired nine of the 10 batters he faced, including each of the last five.
  • Also recorded the final out of the seventh inning in the series opener.
  • Has pitched in five of the team's last eight games, all scoreless outings.

Auburn improved to 9-1 in midweek games and 18-4 against non-conference opponents with an 11-1 win against Florida A&M Tuesday … the run-rule victory was the team's fifth of the season … the pitching staff turned in a 3.86 ERA with 43 strikeout and 11 walks in 32.2 innings during the week … the 43 strikeouts were second most in the league and the 3.86 ERA was fourth best for the week … Auburn didn't commit an error in 121 chances last week … starters Chase Allsup, Dylan Watts and Tanner Bauman combined for a 3.00 ERA with 22 strikeouts and three walks in 15.0 innings between three games Tuesday through Saturday … Allsup's eight strikeouts Tuesday were a career high … Watts' nine strikeouts in the series opener at LSU were the most by an Auburn pitcher this season … the staff's 4.56 ERA in three games at LSU was the second-lowest in a conference series this season … Saturday's loss marked Auburn's eighth loss by two or fewer runs in SEC play, including its third in the last four league games … the team's 13 hits in Sunday's win in the series finale were the most since recording a season-high 17 hits in 12 innings in the series finale at Texas A&M on Mar. 30 … they were the second most hits in a SEC game this season … Belyeu (3), Chris Stanfield (3), Carter Wright (2) and Caden Green (2) all collected multiple hits in the contest.
