FEDERAL WAY, Wash. - One day of competition remains at the 2025 Men’s NCAA Championships in the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatics Center, and Auburn sits in 26th place with 14 total points.
Both Danny Schmidt and Mason Mathias took a crack at the 200 free. Schmidt turned in a 1:33.08 to wind up 31st. Mathias managed a 1:34.04 for 39th.
Nate Stoffle has been king of the 100 back since he first arrived on the Plains. The Georgia native clocked a 45.35 for 20th.
Over in the diving well, it was Whit Andrus' turn to make his NCAA Championships debut. The senior from Winston-Salem, North Carolina dialed up a 306.30 for 34th.
Finishing up Friday’s action, Stoffle, Henry Bethel, Logan Tirheimer and Ryan Husband pieced together a 3:05.40 in the 400 medley relay, good enough for 20th.
The final day of competition features the 200 back, 100 free, 200 breast, 200 fly, 1650 free, platform diving and the 400 free relay. Prelims begin at Noon CT.
