AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn gymnastics team remains No. 11 after the fourth week of competition per RoadToNationals.com following a 196.700 against Florida this past Friday.

The team score moved Auburn’s average to 196.642, which is eighth in the Southeastern Conference.

Oklahoma moves to the top with an average of 197.783. LSU stands at No. 2 with an average of 197.467 with Florida and Alabama tied at No. 3 with an average of 197.417. Arkansas (No.5) finishes out the top 5 for the fourth week.  

Joining the Tigers in the top 15 from the SEC are Missouri (No. 7) and Georgia (No. 8).

Auburn’s floor team is nationally ranked seventh with an average score of 49.333. Beam moved up to No. 11 (49.125) and vault is ranked No. 8 (49.225).

Individually, sophomore Marissa Neal moved up to No. 17 in the all-around with an average score of 39.313. Junior Julianne Huff is 25th (39.263) in the all-around.

Junior Paige Zancan is nationally ranked on vault at ninth with a 9.9. Huff and Sophia Bell tie No. 27 nationally on floor with averages of 9.892.

Auburn takes on No. 8 Georgia in Athens this Sunday, February 1. The Tigers and the Bulldogs will compete at 5:00 p.m. CT and the meet will be televised on SEC Network.
