AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn men’s tennis will begin its 2026 dual match schedule Saturday with First Serve on The Plains, hosting Bellarmine at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. CT at the Yarbrough Tennis Center in Auburn. The first fans in attendance will receive a poster signed by the team while supplies last.
“What we’re really looking for on Saturday is to get a lot of the guys some matches,” Auburn head coach Bobby Reynolds said. “Shake off the rust, shake off the Christmas and holiday break and ultimately gear up toward that Liberty match the following weekend.”
The Tigers enter the 2026 campaign after posting a 20-11 record last season. In 2025, Auburn went 13-1 in home matches and reached the second round of the NCAA Championship for the second consecutive season.
Auburn’s roster features six returners, including Billy Blaydes and Hamza Nasridinov, as well as three newcomers, including Alan Bojarski and Manel Lazaro. Nasridinov is coming off a strong fall season in which he posted a 14-2 overall singles record in collegiate events and qualified for his first career NCAA Singles Championship, reaching the round of 32. He finished the fall ranked No. 40 in singles by the ITA.
Bellarmine posted a 7-12 overall record last season and went 3-5 in the ASUN. Saturday will mark the first meeting between the Tigers and the Knights.
Admission to First Serve on The Plains at the Yarbrough Tennis Center is free for both matches. Live video and live scoring of the match will be available at AuburnTigers.com. More fan information is available at AuburnTigers.com/MatchDay.
