ATHENS, Ga. – Senior Kyleigh Kidd led the Auburn women with a 12th-place finish in the 1-meter competition to kick off the 2026 Zone B Championships inside Gabrielsen Natatorium on Sunday.
The provisional mark would lock Kidd into the 1-meter at NCAAs should she qualify in another event this week.
In prelims, it was Juliette Landi who paced the Tigers with a 274.40 and eighth overall after the first six dives. Emily Hallifax, an NCAA qualifier from a season ago, wasn’t too far behind with a 269.20 and 12th place. Both Kyleigh Kidd (267.40) and Maria Faoro (266.05) made it inside the top 18 to make it four Orange and Blue divers with second lists.
Minutes later, Kidd dialed up a 274.55 in finals for a total of 541.95 to climb all the way up to 12th to earn her provisional cut. Hallifax (541.55) finished narrowly outside the group at 13th.
Landi (523.40) and Faoro (522.50) locked up 16th and 17th, respectively.
