Maddux Jeffreys is in his fourth season as Director of Operations for Auburn Men’s Basketball. He currently assists with team travel, daily scheduling, analytics and scouting.
Jeffreys is in his 10th season overall with the program including two years as a graduate assistant on Head Coach Bruce Pearl’s coaching staff.
During his time as a full-time member of the staff, the Tigers have won three SEC Championships (2022, 2024 and 2025) and a Final Four appearance last season. Auburn has won five SEC titles and made two Final Four appearances over the course of his undergrad and postgraduate career with the team.
Jeffreys previously served as a four-year manager while an undergraduate at his alma mater. During his time with the Tigers, he was a member of the 2018 regular-season championship, 2019 SEC Tournament Championship and 2019 NCAA Final Four squads.
A 2020 graduate of Auburn earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing, Jeffreys also completed his master’s degree coursework in education in December 2021.
Jeffreys and his wife, Caroline, were married in July 2025. He is the son of Toby and Vicki Jeffreys.
