Kevin Roberts is in his sixth year overall and third year as assistant director of creative video working with the Auburn men's basketball program.
He returned to his alma mater in fall of 2021 after serving as content production specialist for Terrapin Beer Company from 2018 to 2021 in Athens, Georgia. There, Roberts started and launched a new brand identity for Terrapin as well as helped live stream the Green Life Expo, a community-wide sustainability celebration.
He has been a member of the award-winning War Eagle Productions staff four of the seven years the video production department has brought home premier awards from the annual Information Display and Entertainment Association (IDeA) Conference.
A former three-year student assistant for War Eagle Productions, Roberts also interned for the Auburn IMG Sports Network serving as producer of live events. He later joined WEP as a full-time staffer from 2014 to 2017.
Originally from Helena, Alabama, Roberts earned his bachelor's degree with an emphasis in radio, television and film from the Auburn University School of Communication & Journalism in 2014. He and his girlfriend, Cassidy Carter, reside in Auburn. Roberts enjoys painting, making music videos and producing short films.
