Competed in 10 meets throughout the season... Earned NCAA B cuts in the 100 fly (45.80) and 200 fly (1:45.06)... Began his collegiate career with a win in the 100 fly (47.90) at UNC-Wilmington... Returned to the podium, finishing second in the 100 fly (47.12) at Kentucky... Delivered his second win of the season in the 100 fly (46.59) versus rival Alabama... Scored nine points at the SEC Championships, finishing 17th in the 100 fly (45.91), 27th in the 200 fly (1:45.06) and 58th in the 100 free (45.03)... His 45.80 in the 100 fly at the Last Chance Invite was a lifetime best.
