Competed in 11 meets throughout the season... Earned NCAA B cuts in the 200 free (1:44.62), 500 free (4:41.30) and 1650 free (16:19.43)... Picked up her first collegiate wins in the 500 free (4:45.70) and 1000 free (9:47.98) at North Carolina... Swept the 500 free (4:51.20) and 1000 free (9:51.28) at Georgia Tech... Returned to the winner's circle in the 500 free (4:49.16) at Kentucky... Scored 15 points at the SEC Championships, finishing 26th in the 200 free (1:46.94), 19th in the 500 free (4:41.48) and 17th in the 1650 free (16:19.43)... Also helped the 800 free relay to an eighth-place finish (7:05.27)... Qualified for the NCAA Championships, finishing 47th in the 200 free (1:47.71), 63rd in the 500 free (4:50.14) and 39th in the 1650 free (16:26.78)... Also helped the 800 free relay to a 23rd-place finish (7:05.02)... Her 1:44.62 in the 200 free at the Last Chance Invite moved Strojnowska to No. 9 all-time in program history, the 4:41.30 in the 500 free at the Last Chance Invite jumped her to No. 8 all-time in school history and the 9:47.90 in the 100 free at SECS moved Julia to No. 9 all-time in program history.

Canadian Junior National team member... Bronze medalist in the 4x200 free relay at the 2023 World Junior Championships... Won gold (800 free), silver (1500 free) and bronze (400 free) medals at the 2024 Bell Canadian Trials.
