Junior Season (2013-14):
Posted NCAA [apos]B' cut times in the 100 fly (47.94) and 200 fly (1:47.93) at the SEC Championships ... Time of 47.94 was a personal best and finished 24th overall to score ... Clocked a personal best in the 200 fly at the SEC Championships, taking 28th ... Posted the fourth-best time on the team in the 200 fly and tied for fifth in the 100 fly ... Ranked eighth on the team in the 100 back (48.89) and 200 back (2:03.02)...Went 50.02 at Florida in the 100 fly to take fourth place in the final road dual meet of the year ...Finished sixth at Florida in 200 fly with a time of 1:51.87.

Sophomore Season (2012-13):
Recorded the third-best Auburn times of the year in the 100 (48.12)and 200 fly (1:47.45)at the SEC Championships, which were also personal bests, finishing 24th and 16th respectively and giving him NCAA [apos]B[apos] cut times...Clocked a personal-best in the 100 free (47.38) as the first leg of the 400 FR against Florida, 13th-best time by a Tiger that year...Swam the anchor leg of the winning 200 FR team against Kentucky, swimming a split of 21.14 for a 50 free...His time of 1:52.03 in the 200 fly against Texas gave him a runner-up finish in the event and his second-fastest time of the year...Competed in the 100 back at the Georgia Fall Invite, touching the wall in 49.97, a personal-best, and finishing 22nd...Placed 31st at the same meet in the 200 IM (1:52.54)

Freshman Season (2011-12):
Swam in two events at SEC Championships in an exhibition role ... Clocked season-best times of 49.09 in the 100 fly and a 1:49.22 in the 200 IM, the latter earning an NCAA `B[apos] cut ... Posted top time of 50.42 in 100 back at Georgia Invitational to earn a spot in the C-final ... Also posted his top 200 fly time at that meet (1:51.58), finishing 15th overall ... Went 1:52.52 in the 200 back in a dual meet with Georgia for his top mark in that event ... Finished fifth in 100 back and 100 fly at LSU, his first collegiate meet ... Took second place in the 200 IM vs. Texas ... Named to SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll.

Prior to Auburn:
Was a two-time IHSAA State Champion for Munster High School ... Two-time finalist at Junior Nationals ... Competed at 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials.

Personal
Parents are George and Mary Behrens ... Has three siblings, George, Maggie and Pat ... Sister Maggie swam at Notre Dame ... Plans to major in information systems management ... Chose Auburn because he wanted to become a better swimmer and person.
