Competed at the 2008 United States Olympic Trials in the 100m breast and 200m breast... At Trials, swam to a 31st-place finish in the 100m breast (1:10.87) and a 51st-place finish in the 200m breast (2:35.36)... At the NCAA Championships, MacGregor swam the 100 breast and 200 breast, swimming to a 36th-place finish in the 100 breast (1:03.24) and a 37th-place finish in the 200 breast (2:16.13)... At the SEC Championships, she qualified for the 'B' finals of the 100 and 200 breaststroke... Swam to a 12th-place finish in the 100 breast (1:02.75), a 10th-place finish in the 200 breast (2:17.62) and a 37th-place finish in the 200 IM (2:07.57)... SEC Academic Honor Roll.

Freshman Season (2006-07)
Earned a silver medal with the U.S. National Team at the Japan International Grand Prix, swimming on the runner-up 400 medley relay team... Also competed in the 100 and 200 breast in Japan, finishing eighth in the 200 breast with a time of 2:30.65... Won the B Final in the 200m breast at the U.S. Senior National Championships, finishing ninth overall with a time of 2:29.54... Also made the finals in the 100 breast, finishing 16th overall in 1:10.86... At the SEC Championships, finished seventh in the 200 breast with a time of 2:17.31 while coming in a tie for ninth with a 'B' cut time of 1:02.86 in the 100 breast... Also competed in the 200 IM at SECs, finishing 34th in prelims with a time of 2:08.24... Swam a 'B' cut time of 2:14.71 in the 200 breast at the James E. Martin Qualifier...
