All-American

Junior Season (2007-08): Competed in the 100m fly, 200m fly and 200m IM at the 2008 United States Olympic Trials... Qualified in the semifinals in the 100 fly where he finished 16th overall posting a time of 53.97... Also placed 34th in the 200 fly (2:01.76) and 49th in the 200 IM (2:06.09)... Sat out the 2007-08 season from team competition.

Sophomore Season (2006-07): Competed in the 100m fly, 200m fly and 200m IM at the U.S. Senior National Championships... Finished second in the 200m fly C Final with a time of 2:00.50... Made the U.S. National Team for the Japan International Grand Prix... Competed in the 100m free, 200m free, 100m fly and 200m fly in Japan... Finished 17th in the 100m fly (54.39) and 21st in the 200m fly (2:01.69)... Earned All-America honors in the 200 butterfly... Finished fourth in the 200 fly at the NCAA Championships with a time of 1:43.97, a mark that ranks fifth-all-time at Auburn... Also competed in the 100 fly at NCAAs, finishing 22nd in preliminaries with a time of 47.61... Swam an 'A' cut time of 1:44.92 to earn his way to NCAAs while swimming exhibition at the SEC Championships... Also swam a 'B' cut time of 48.17 in the 100 fly while swimming exhibition at SECs.... Swam a 1:48.50 in the 200 IM at the James E. Martin Qualifier, a NCAA provisional mark.

Freshman Season (2005-06): Swam in the 100m and 200m fly[apos]s at the U.S. Senior National Championship ... Red-shirt.

High School: Attended Summit High School... Swam with Mark Bernett[apos]s Bend Swim Club... Swam in the 200m fly and 200m IM at the U.S. World Championship Trials... Finalist in the 200 IM (2:08.17) and 200 fly (2:04.90) at the 2004 Summer Nationals... State Champion in the 100 free.
