Sophomore Season (2013-14):
Earned an NCAA [apos]B[apos] cut in the 200 back with a time of 1:44.86 at the Tennessee Last Chance...Scored at the SEC Championships in the 100 back with a 24th-place finish in the 100 back with a time of 48.25...Placed 25th overall at the SEC Championships in the 200 back (1:45.67)...Earned his first win of the year against South Carolina in the 200 back (1:49.21)...Was sixth at Florida in the final dual meet of the year in the 100 back (50.32)...Held the team[apos]s second-best time in the 200 back at 1:44.86...Ranked fourth on the team at 48.52 in the 100 back, just .03 seconds shy of a NCAA [apos]B[apos] cut time.

Freshman Season (2012-13):
Earned one NCAA [apos]B[apos] cut time (200 back)...Clocked a 1:44.66 in the 200 back at the SEC Championships, good for a [apos]B[apos] cut time and good for 17th overall, reaching the C-final...That 200 back time was also the second-best on the team for the year...Competed in five events during the season (50 free, 200 free, 100 back, 200 back, 200 IM)...Top 50 free time (22.38) came in the dual against LSU, where he placed seventh...Touched the wall in 1:41.07 in the 200 free at SECs, placing 53rd...Competed in the 100 back at SECs also, swimming the fourth-best AU time of the year (49.37), finishing 26th and just missing out on the C-final...Swam a 1:58.40 in the 200 IM at the Georgia Fall Invite, coming in 58th.

Pre-College:
Competed in 200-meter backstroke at 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials in Omaha ... Ranked as No. 3 recruit in state of Virginia ... Finished 29th in 200-meter backstroke at ConocoPhillips USA Swimming National Championships in August of 2011... Was runner-up in 200m back at USA Swimming Junior Nationals ... Qualified for Olympic Trials.
