2025 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll
2025 Outdoor
Competing for the University of South Carolina, took part in five meets during the outdoor campaign, running the 800m and the 1500m … Opened his season at the Raleigh Relays, running both events and finishing 36th in the 800m (1:50.73) for his best finish on the weekend … Clocked a new personal best in the 1500m at the Wake Forest Invitational, running 3:45.51 for the sixth fastest time in Gamecock history … The following week he finished runner-up in the 800m at the Charlotte Invitational, posting a time of 1:50.20 … Placed 12th overall at the SEC Outdoor Championship in the 1500m, running 3:49.03.
2025 Indoor
Competing for the University of South Carolina, competed in five events during the indoor season, running the 800m, 1000m, mile and a pair of DMR events … Placed third overall in the SEC Indoor Championship DMR, running a program record time of 9:27.14 to earn Third Team All-SEC honors … Also was part of the DMR squad that won the Gamecock Challenge with a new Carolina Indoor Track & Field facility record, running 9:44.41 … Opened his season in the 1000m race at the Clemson Opener, running 2:28.02 to finish fourth with the seventh fastest indoor 1000m in program history … Finished fourth overall in his mile opener at the Gamecock Challenge, clocking a time of 4:04.07 … The following week at the Scarlet & White Invitational he ran 3:59.91 in the mile, the fourth fastest time in program history … Also ran the mile at the SEC Indoor Championship, finishing 14th overall … Ran in one 800m event on the year, winning the USC Invite after crossing the line at 1:50.69.
2024 Outdoor
Competing for the University of South Carolina, appeared in six meets during his first outdoor season with Carolina, running the 800m, 1500m and the 5K … Ended his season at the SEC Championship where he finished 18th in the 800m (1:51.01) and 27th overall in his first collegiate 5K race after running 14:50.31 … Made his outdoor debut at the Weems Baskin Invitational in the 800m, finishing runner-up with a time of 1:50.63 … The following week, he ran his lone 1500m race of the season at the Florida Relays, finishing eighth with a time of 3:46.28 which ranks seventh in program history … Had back-to-back third-place finishes in the 800m at the Wake Forest Invitational (1:48.90) and the Charlotte Invitational (1:49.39) … His time at the Wake Forest Invitational set a new personal best
2024 Indoor
Competing for the University of South Carolina, competed in four meets in his first indoor season and was part of the program’s first ever SEC Indoor DMR championship team … Ran the third leg of the SEC gold medal DMR team that turned in a time of 9:34.50 to earn First Team All-SEC honors … In addition, the DMR time set a new Carolina indoor record … Recorded three new Top-10 program marks in the 800m, mile and 3K events … Won the USC Indoor Open 800m race with a time of 1:49.06 to rank fifth all time in Gamecock indoor history … Ran the fourth fastest indoor mile in Gamecock history at the David Hemery Valentine Invite, clocking 4:03.66 … Closed out the indoor season at the SEC Indoor Championship, running 8:15.73 in the 3K for the fifth fastest time in program history.
