Ran the 800m, 3000m, and 5000m in one meet, the 1500m in two, and the 3000m steeplechase in three... Finished third in the men's 3000m at Florida Relays behind a 8:26.15 run... Earned two wins in the 3000m steeplechase, War Eagle Invite (9:09.23) and LSU Alumni Gold Invite (9:08.12) before capping the season with a 13th place finish at SEC Championships on a 9:13.67 performance. 

2021 Indoor
Competed in two meets in the 800m and one in the mile… Ran a personal best (1:55.67) in the 800m at the Carolina Open, finishing eighth.

2020 Cross Country
Raced in three of four seasonal meets... Best performance came in the men's 8k at SEC Championships, running a 25:07.20 to lead the Auburn men to a 12th place finish. 

2020 Outdoor
Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 Cross Country
Raced in five meets … Eighth at JSU Struts Opener (15:45.9, 5k) … Season-best 8k time of 24:06.2 came at SEC Championships where he finished 36th … Was 39^th at NCAA South Regional (31:30.1, 10k).

2019 Outdoor
Ran in seven meets … Opened the season running a 1:53.13 in the 800m at the Florida State Relays … Second at 1500m at Lawrence Memorial in 3:48.02 ... Won Tiger Track Classic at 3000m in 8:22.73 … Finished fourth at SEC Outdoors in 3000m steeplechase in a PR 8:58.86 to earn a position at the NCAA East Prelims … 25^th at SEC Outdoors at 5000m (14:42.09) … Clocked a 9:05.39 in steeplechase at the NCAA East Prelims to finish 28^th

2019 Indoor
Competed in three events … sixth in the 5000m with a PR of 14:56.79 at the Vanderbilt Invitational … ran a 8:38.06 in the 3000m at the Tiger Paw Invitational… Competed at the 2019 SEC Indoor Championships as part of the DM Relay that finished eighth (10:04.32)

2018 Cross Country
Earned All-South Region honors after finishing 11^th overall at the NCAA South Regional crossing the 10k race in 31:45.2 … Second team All-SEC honoree after placing 13^th at SEC Championships held in Auburn, finishing the 8k course in 23:22.33 … Took home fourth at the Auburn Invitational with a time of 18:04.73 over 6k.

2018 Outdoor
Competed in five events for the Tigers… finished in eighth place in the 1500m at the Florida State Relays with a time of 3:49.54… finished third in the 5000m with a time of 14:33.13 and second in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:21.10 at the War Eagle Invitational… Competed at the SEC Outdoor Championships where he finished fifth in the Steeplechase after a run of 9:01.65… Also qualified for the NCAA East Prelims where he finished 25th in the Steeplechase with a mark of 9:03.26

2018 Indoor
Competed in three events… ran a personal best mile time of 4:07.97 at the Tiger Paw Invitational to place sixth… placed eighth in the mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a mark of 4:08.23… competed at the 2018 SEC Indoor Championships where he finished 11th in the 3000m with a personal best time of 8:16.57

Competed in five events in the 800m, 1500m and 5000m ... Clocked a season-best mark in the 1500m at 3:47.27 to place sixth at the War Eagle Invitational ... Finished third at the Tiger Track Classic with a time of 3:52.81 ... Finished 19th at the SEC Outdoor Championships in the 5k
