2021 Outdoor
Ran the 400m and 1500m in one meet, ran the 800m in eight... Won the men's 1500m at the War Eagle Invitational with a time of 3:47.13... Claimed two 800m victories in both the Tiger Track Classic (1:50.54) and the LSU Alumni Gold Invitational (1:49.10)... Finished sixth in the 800m at SECs with a time of 1:48.63... Earned a bid to Nationals, finishing the season eighth in the 800 with Auburn-best time of 1:46.76... Named a First Team All-American following outing at NCAA Championships.

2019 Outdoor (Wisconsin)
Ran the 800 meter leg of the winning distance medley relay team, who finished with an overall time of 9:47.19 at the Penn Relays (4/26) ... finished fourth in the premier section of the 800 meters with a time of 1:48.82 at the Sun Angel Classic (4/6)
 
2019 Indoor (Wisconsin)
Ran the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay with a split of 1:50.55 and helped the relay to a seventh place finish with an overall time of 9:34.74 at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/8) ... took fourth in his heat of the 800 meters with a qualifying time of 1:52.09 to advance to the finals, where he took a fourth place finish in 1:50.19 at the Big Ten Championships (2/22-23) ... ran the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay with a split of 1:49.80, helping set a school record in the event with an overall time of 9:26.24 at the Alex Wilson Invitational (2/16) ... took seventh overall in the 800 meters with a season-best time of 1:49.47 at the Iowa State Classic (2/8-9) ... finished third overall in the 800 meters with a time of 1:50.28 and helped the Wisconsin "A" 4x400 relay to a third place finish with an overall time of 3:16.38 at the Indiana Relays (1/25-26) ... took 12th overall in the premier 600 meters race with a time of 1:19.97 and helped the Wisconsin 4x400 relay squad to a tenth place finish with an overall time of 3:15.74 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/18-19)
 
2018 Indoor (Wisconsin)
Ran the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay in a personal best of 1:48.48 to help the team to a sixth place overall finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/9) ... placed first in the preliminary heat of the 800 meters with a time of 1:49.81 to qualify for the finals, where he finished third overall with a time of 1:50.97, and also helped the Badgers to an 11th place overall finish in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:13.67 at the Big Ten Indoor Championship (2/23-24) ... ran the 800 meter portion of the distance medley relay in 1:47.7 to help the team to a third-place overall finish, breaking the school record in the process at the Alex Wilson Invitational (2/17) ... finished 13th in the 800 meters with a time of 1:49.86 at the Iowa State Classic (2/9-10) ... placed seventh in his heat of the mile with a time of 4:18.82 at the Dr. Sander Invite (1/26-27) ... took sixth place in the invite section of the  600 meters with a personal best time of 1:18.88 at the Larry Wieczorek Invite (1/19-20) ... won the 800 meters with a time of 1:51.55 and helped the Badgers to a second place finish in the 4x400 with an overall time of 3:26.75 at The Dual (1/13)
 
2017 Cross Country (Wisconsin)
Placed first for the Badgers and 19th overall at the Illinois State Invite (9/8) with a time of 25:45.4 (8K) ... finished 12th overall and fifth for Wisconsin at the Wisconsin 'Mayflower Day' Open (9/16) with a time of 27:06.9 (8K)
 
2017 Outdoor (Wisconsin)
Finished 19th in the 800 meter quarterfinals at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/25-27) in 1:51.99 ... placed fourth in the 800 meters at the Big Ten Championships (5/12-14) with a time of 1:51.09 ... captured a victory at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/22) in the 800 meters with another personal best of 1:48.72 ... won the 800 meters with a time of 1:49.14 (new PR) at the Jim Click Shootout (4/8) ... set a personal record in the 400 meters with a time of 48.17 at the UC-Riverside Spring Classic (3/25) to take fourth in the event
 
2017 Indoor (Wisconsin)
Set a personal best in the 800 meters at the Big Ten Championships (2/24-25) with a time of 1:49.23 during a sixth-place finish ... placed 17th in the 800 meters (1:49.99) at the Iowa State Classic (2/10)  ... finished third in the 800 meter invitational run at the Armory Invitational (2/3-4) with a time of 1:51.12 and was a member of the Distance Medley relay that placed second ... won the Mile at the Badger Icebreaker (1/14) with a time of 4:17.82 while also helping Wisconsin win the 4x400 meter relay
 
2016 Indoor (Wisconsin)
Finished 27th in the 800 meters at the NCAA West Regional (5/27) in 1:50.61 ... Ran to a PR time of 1:49.26 in the finals of the 800 meters at the Big Ten Championships (5/13-15) to take seventh. Also took seventh place in the preliminaries in 1:49.94 and was a member of the 4x400 relay team that took 11th in 3:10.53  ... Participated in the 4x400 and 4x800 meter relay teams that finished 23rd and sixth, respectively, at the Drake Relays (4/27-30)... ran a part of a distance medley squad that finished 5th in 9:48.24 at the Big Ten Championship (2/27)...Raced to a PR of 1:50.58 and 23rd place finish in the 800 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/13)... won his section of the 800 meters with a time of 1:52.12 at the Armory Invitational (2/6)... finished first in the 600 meters with a time of 1:20.78 at the Wisconsin vs. Notre Dame Dual (1/16)
 
High School
Three-time state champion in the 800 meters sophomore through senior year notching a state-meet record in 2013 in 1:51.48 … senior year finished runner-up in the 1600 and was a part of the state champion 4x800 relay … junior finished runner-up in the 1600 meters … competed at the 2014 AAU Junior Olympic National Championships was the champion in the 1500 meters … also ran cross country where he had top-five finishes at the 2013 and 2014 state meets and was a part of three state cross country team titles
