Competed in four meets... Ran 14:24.44 in the 5,000m to finish 9th and 30:34.44 in the 10,000m to finish 10th at SEC Outdoors... Ran 30:22.78 in the 10,000m at the Virginia Challenge... Finish seventh at the Texas Relays in the 5,000m inn 14:35.35... Ran the 1500m once finishing seventh at the Tiger Track Classic in 3:56.50.

2023 Indoor 
Competed in three meets... Ran 14:26.23 in the 5,000m to finish 12th and 8:12.96 in the 3,000m to finish 15th at SEC Indoors... Ran PR (8:12.14) in the 3,000m at the Music City Challenge

2022 Outdoor
Competed the 1500m twice, 5000m three times and the 10000m once... Clocked a personal best 3:52.11 in the 1500m at the Crimson Tide Invitational... Recorded a top-three finish in the 3k at the Joe Walker Invite, running a 14:13.69... Finished 11th at SEC Outdoors in the 10k with a 30:59.32. 

2022 Indoor
Ran the 3k in three meets and the 5k in one... Finished fourth in the 3000m at the Tiger Paw Invite with a 8:19.33 performance... Career best 3k came at SEC Indoors, clocking a 8:17.75... Finished ninth at SEC Indoors in the 5k, running a 14:23.84. 

2022 Cross Country 
Competed in five meets... Ran PR (30:24.1) to finish 25th at NCAA South Regional... Ran 24:41.0 in the 8k to finish 47th at SEC Cross Country... Ran PR (24:21.2) in the 8k at the Louisville Classic. 

2021 Cross Country
Ran in all six meets of the season... Finished 12th in the 5k at the Foothills Invitational, running a 15:59.73 to contribute to the men's first team win since 2017... Clocked in at 26:01.20 in his first career five mile race at the Joe Piane Invitational... Season-best 8k performance came at FSU Pre-Nationals (25:14.40)... Claimed 62nd at SEC Championships, less than two seconds shy of a career best in the 8k... Second Tiger to cross the finish line at the NCAA South Regional, running a 31:42.73 in his first career 10k race. 

2021 Outdoor
Competed in three meets... Finished 5th at Florida Relays in the 3000m (8:31.24)... Claimed third in the 5000m at the Tiger Track Classic with a time of 14:39.90.

2020 Cross Country
Raced in two meets... Finished inside the top 25 in his collegiate debut at the Commodore Classic (8k) behind a 26:00.90 run. 

High School:
Individual state champion in 2020 6A indoor 1600m with a state meet record 4:19.27 and member of state champion 4x800m team … State runner-up in the 6A 3200m Indoor State Championship (9:24.23) … 2019 6A runner-up in XC State Meet (15:57.96, 5000m) … Three-time all-state selection in cross country … No. 44 2020 National Indoor 1600m ranking … Had a 4.1 GPA ... Member of Beta Club, Mu Alpha Theta, Patriot Award, National Honor Society, Section Leader Drumline
