Ran the 5000m in two meets... Fastest time was a 14:36.40 at the Crimson Tide Invite. 

2021 Cross Country
Ran in all six meets of the season... Posted a 15:25.11 in the 5k at the Foothills Invitational to finish third and help the men's team to its first meet victory in four seasons... Set a PR five mile time, 25:52.30, at the Joe Piane Invitational to finish slightly outside the top 50... Ran a career-best 8k, 25:21.00, at FSU Pre-Nationals... Capped the season with a 31:56.52 10k at the NCAA South Regional.

2021 Outdoor
Competed the 5000m in two meets... Claimed eighth in the 5000m (14:46.96) at the Tiger Track Classic. 

2020 Cross Country
Ran in two meets... Posted a 25:48.50 in the men's 8k at the FSU Invitational... Finished just outside the top 100 in the 8k at SEC Championships, 27:26:20.

2020 Outdoor
Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
 
2019 Cross Country
Competed in five meets … Best finish came at season-opener, placing 21^st at the JSU Struts Opener with a 16:06.0 over 5k … Auburn’s No. 4 scorer at the Commodore Classic running a 26:51.7 over 8000m … 8k personal-best of 25:35.5 at SEC Championships … Ran a 33:58.8 over 10k at the NCAA South Regional.
 
2019 Outdoor
Raced three times … Posted a 4:11.35 in the 1500m at War Eagle Invitational to finish fifth … Seventh at Tiger Track Classic in 3000m with time of 8:59.83.
 
2019 Indoor
Raced three times … 2:02.31 in the 800m at the Carolina Challenge … Finished 28^th at Carolina Challenge in the mile with a season-best 4:30.40 … Clocked a 4:32.40 mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational.

Prior to Auburn
Prepped at Grissom High School for coach David Yates… was All-State in XC in 2017… 2018 7A Section 4 1600m Champion… member of the National Honor Society
