2023 Cross Country 
Competed in six meets ... Finished inside the top 30 in Foothills Invitational (15:06.80), Southern Showcase (24:25.00) and Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (24:43.60) ... Best race of the season came at Foothills Invitational, finishing the men's 5k in 15:06.80 to take first.

2023 Indoor 
Competed in two meets... Ran PR (8:14.58) in the 3,000m to finish third at the Clemson Invite... Won the DMR (9:44.26) at the Vanderbilt Invitational.  

2022 Outdoor
Ran the 800m in three meets, the 1500m in five and the 5000m in one... Fastest 800m was a 1:52.03 to finish third at the Tiger Track Classic... Clocked a 3:42.74 to finish fifth in the 1500m at the Crimson Tide Invitational, two tenths of a second shy of the Auburn freshman record... Qualified for NCAA East Prelims in the 1500m, running a 3:55.59 to finish 44th... Ran a 14:35.99 in the 5k at SEC Outdoors.

2022 Indoor
Ran four different events, the 800m, the 1000m, the mile and the 3000m across four different meets... Finished 16th in the 800m at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invite, running a 1:53.14... Finished seventh in the 1000m at the Commodore Challenge, running a 2:28.74... Top mile performance was a 4:04.37 at SEC Indoors, finishing 13th... Clocked an 8:23.96 in the 3k at SEC Indoors.

2022 Cross Country 
Competed in six meets... Ran PR (31:31.8) in the 10k to finish 69th at NCAA South Regional... Ran 25:36.5 in the 8k to finish 79th at SEC Cross Country... Ran PR (24:34.7) in the 8k at the North Alabama Showcase... Finished second in the 5k (15:37.9) at the Jacksonville State Foothills Invitational.  

2021 Cross Country
Competed in all six XC meets as the Tigers' top freshman runner... Claimed fourth place (16:37.84) in the 5k at the Foothills Invitational to help to men's team to its first win since the 2017 season... Named SEC Men's Freshman Runner of the Week following outstanding performance at debut meet... Placed inside the top 100 in his first career five mile race at the prestigious Joe Piane Invitational, running a 26:37.40... Named to SEC All-Freshman Team after a 25:07.30 performance in the 8k at SEC Championships, the fifth-fastest time by a true freshman at the meet... Helped the Auburn men to a 14th place team finish at the NCAA South Regional, running a 31:50.67 to be the third Tiger to cross the finish line in his first career 10k. 

High School
Graduate of Scottsboro High School... Four-time All-State Cross Country Selection... AHSAA 6A state record-holder in the 1600m, 3200m and 4x800m relay... Invited to compete in the Brooks PR Invitational, Adidas Dream Mile and Hoka Festival of Miles.

Personal
Parents are Dawn and Steve Atkins... Twin brother, Benson, is also a member of Auburn's track & field team.
