Competed in three meets... Ran PR (3:57.52) in the 1500m to finish ninth at the Tiger Track Classic... Ran PR (14:36.51) in the 5000m to finish sixth at the Crimson Tide Invitational... Finished 19th in the 5000m (15:24.15) at the 2023 Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays.

Competed in two meets... Ran PR (8:27.18) to finish 27th in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge... Finished 18th in the 3000m (8:30.83) at the Vanderbilt Invitational.  

2022 Cross Country 
Competed in six meets... Ran PR (31:48.1) in the 10k at the NCAA South Regional... Ran 25:19.0 in the 8k at SEC Cross Country... Ran PR (24:50.6) in the 8k at the North Alabama Showcase... Finished third in the 5k in PR (15:39.4) at the Jacksonville State Foothills Invitational.
