2023 Outdoor 
Competed in seven meets... Finished 10th at SEC Outdoors in the 800m in 1:49.29... Ran 1:49.97 to finish 27th at the NCAA East Prelim... Won the 2023 Penn Relays in the DMR (9:42.466)… Ran PR (3:49.27) in the 1500m to win the Virginia Challenge... Ran PR (1:48.79) in the 800m to finish 10th at the UF Tom Jones Memorial. 

2023 Indoor 
Competed in four meets... Finished fourth in the DMR (9:41.93) and ran PR (8:16.08) in the 3000m to finish 19th at SEC Indoors... Ran PR (4:05.08) to finish nineth in the mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational.... Finished fifth in the 3000m (8:16.99) in season opener at the Clemson Invite. 

2022 Cross Country 
Competed in five meets... Ran PR (30:59.6) to finish 42nd in the 10k at the NCAA South Regional... Ran PR (24:04.3) in the 8k to finish 25th at SEC Cross Country... Ran 24:42.0 in the 8k at season opener to finish 60th at the North Alabama Showcase.
