2023 Outdoor 
Competed in six meets… Cleared 3.80m in pole vault to finish 18th at SEC Outdoors…Won pole vault at FSU relays in PR 3.95m before clearing PR 3.97m two weeks later at the Crimson Tide Invitational.  

2023 Indoor 
Competed in two meets… Cleared 3.81m in pole vault to finish 16th at SEC Indoors. 

2022 Outdoor
Vaulted in six meets... Cleared a 3.92m PR at the Crimson Tide Invite with a first place finish. 

2022 Indoor
Vaulted in five meets... Cleared a 3.82m PR at the Texas Tech Open with a first place finish. 

High School
Graduate of North Oconee High School... 2020 4A GHSA State Champion in pole vault.

Parents are Angie and Dan Held... Sister, Josie, is a pole vaulter at the University of Illinois.
