NCAA Indoor National Champion in the 60m hurdles, becoming Auburn’s first indoor national champion since Donald Thomas won the high jump in 2007 … Tharp was the first Auburn sprinter to win an indoor title since 1999 (Coby Miller, 200m) … Winning time of 7.45 broke his own school record of 7.48 set earlier in the season when he won the SEC Indoor Championship … His 7.45 was the eight fastest time in the world in 2025 … SEC Indoor Championship was Auburn’s first gold in the 60m hurdles since Ty Akins in 2008 … Ran 7.53 at the Tiger Paw Invite, breaking the school record … Ran eight of the nine fastest times in school history in the 60m hurdles … Competed in four meets on the season.
