The Auburn equestrian team and head coach Jessica Braswell announced that Natalie Bretz has been hired as the program’s Director of Operations. She joined the Tigers' Equestrian staff June 10, 2025. 

As Director of Operations for the Auburn equestrian program, Bretz supports the day-to-day operations of the team, contributing to logistics, planning, and administrative coordination that help sustain a championship-level environment.

Bretz joined the staff after serving as the team’s academic advisor for the past two years. She graduated from Auburn in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in accountancy and in 2021 with a master’s degree in accountancy.

She worked in SASS as a graduate assistant and assistant academic counselor before moving up to academic counselor in March 2023.

Bretz hails from Hamilton, Alabama and was recently married to her husband, David.
