As a team, Auburn ranks fifth in the SEC with 24 sacks this season. That production has carried over to next level with former Auburn stars Dee Ford and Carl Lawson (above) both continuing to get after the quarterback with sacks this week.

That and more in this week's Auburn in the NFL recap.

BEST OF WEEK 11

Peyton Barber, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Though Barber didn't see any carries this past week, the fourth-year running back found production in the passing game with two receptions for 11 yards a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the New Orleans Saints. It was the second-career receiving touchdown for Barber, who now has a total of five touchdowns on the season.

Carlton Davis, CB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
In his first game back from injury, Davis was on the field for 69 of the team's 70 snaps on defense against the New Orleans Saints. The former second-round pick had two tackles, a pass deflection and a forced fumble in the loss. With an overall grade of 90.3, he was named to the PFF Week 11 Team of the Week. Despite missing two games this season, Davis is tied for 35th in the NFL with seven pass deflections.

Dee Ford, LB, San Francisco 49ers
It was another strong outing for Ford who had two tackles for loss and a sack to help the 49ers beat the Arizona Cardinals, 36-26, and improve to 9-1 on the season. Ford now has 6.5 sacks in eight games played and 19.5 sacks over the last two seasons. He's ranked No. 14 among edge rushers in the NFL with an overall PFF grade of 85.1.

Carl Lawson, DE, Cincinnati Bengals
Like Ford, Lawson also sacked the quarterback Sunday. It was the second sack of the season for Lawson, who finished two tackles, one tackle for loss and two quarterback hits in a 17-10 loss to the Oakland Raiders.

Braden Smith, OL, Indianapolis Colts
With starting quarterback Jacoby Brissett returning from injury, Smith and the offensive line paved the way in the Colts 33-13 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. The Colts ran for 264 yards on 36 carries, averaging 7.3 yards per carry. With a run block grade of 79.2, Smith is ranked No. 4 among all NFL offensive tackles per PFF.
