Kerryon Johnson was back in the end zone this week while Carlton Davis pulled down his fourth interception of the season, tying the NFL lead. That and more in this week's NFL rundown.

BEST OF WEEK 8

Daniel Carlson, K, Las Vegas Raiders
It was the "windiest game" Carlson said he has ever played in, and yet, the third-year kicker still made three of his four field-goal attempts to lift the Raiders to a 16-6 victory over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Following his first miss, Carlson reassessed the wind patterns and made his next three kicks from 29, 33 and 24 yards out. He's now made 16 of 18 field goals on the season and ranks seventh in the NFL with 67 points.

Carlton Davis, CB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Trailing 14-6 to start the second half, Davis turned the momentum Monday night when he pulled down his fourth interception of the year. The Buccaneers scored on their next drive and went on to beat the New York Giants, 25-23. Davis, who also recorded three tackles and broke up two other passes, is now tied for the NFL lead in interceptions. Through eight games, he's allowed only 26 receptions on 51 targets.

Kerryon Johnson, RB, Detroit Lions
Johnson returned to the end zone Sunday with a 9-yard touchdown reception in Sunday's loss to the Indianapolis Colts. He finished with two catches for 15 yards on the day. It was the first touchdown since week two for Johnson who now has 10 career touchdowns, including three receiving scores, in his first three years in the NFL.

Carl Lawson, DE, Cincinnati Bengals
In Sunday's win over the Tennessee Titans, Lawson played 89 percent of the defensive snaps – the second-highest defensive snap percentage he's had in his four-year NFL career. Though he only had two tackles, Lawson wreaked havoc in the backfield on multiple occasions and put pressure on the quarterback. The Bengals are banking on Lawson, the team's top pass-rusher, to continue his run of good play on the edge for the rest of the season. He currently ranks No. 26 in the NFL with a pass-rush grade of 70.8, per PFF.

Darius Slayton, New York Giants
Going against two of the NFL's better cornerbacks and two former teammates in Carlton Davis and Jamel Dean, Slayton still managed to catch five passes for 56 yards in Monday night's 25-23 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His biggest catch of the night came in the fourth quarter when Slayton made a fourth-down grab to extend the drive and keep the Giants in it. He leads the team in receptions (32), receiving yards (485) and receiving touchdowns (3) and earned high praise from Pro Bowl wide receiver Allen Robinson.
