AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn gymnastics team comes in No. 6 this week per RoadToNationals.com. The weekly rankings are based on the average score through the second week of competition.
Auburn kicked off the 2026 season with a 197.150 in Neville Arena last Friday, topping NC State (196.075) and earning the second highest season-opening score in program history.
Nationally, the SEC has four of the five top spots in this week’s rankings. Florida is No. 1 with a 197.725, while LSU and Oklahoma are tied second at 197.500. Alabama comes in at No. 4 with a 197.475 and Michigan is ranked fifth with a 197.225.
Other SEC schools ranked in the top 25 are Missouri (No. 7), Georgia (No. 8) and Arkansas (No. 10).
Auburn’s vault team showed up big time this week with a 49.475 to rank first nationally. Floor also showed out Friday night with a 49.500, holding first in the nation.
The beam team is also among the top 10, standing ninth with a 49.175.
Individually, junior Julianne Huff is ranked 13th in the all-around with a 39.375. Junior Olivia Greaves is tied at 24th in all-around with a 39.200.
Junior Paige Zancan showed out on vault, tying a career-high 9.975 to be the top vaulter in the country. Sophomore Sophie Bell is tied for second on vault with a 9.925. Greaves and Bell are both tied for second with a 9.950 on floor.
Auburn will be on the road this week, traveling to Fayetteville to take on Arkansas in a top 10 showdown. The Tigers will compete against the Razorbacks Sunday, January 18 at 5 p.m. CT on SEC Network.
