AUBURN, Ala.— No. 3 Auburn equestrian opens its season with a pair of Jumping Seat home meets, facing Lynchburg Thursday at 2 p.m. CT and Bridgewater Friday at 3 p.m. CT, both at the Auburn University Equestrian Center. Admission is free for both meets.
Both meets will be streamed on SEC Network+ with live scoring available at AuburnTigers.com.
"We are looking forward to kicking off the season this week,” head coach Jessica Braswell.
“Lynchburg and Bridgewater will provide a good challenge for us to open the season in Jumping Seat.”
On Friday, Auburn will run an Orange and Blue Scrimmage for the Western team at the same time as the Bridgewater meet.
"We have a lot of new faces in Western," Braswell said. "We are excited to see how everyone responds to a competitive environment, especially the big group of freshmen."
FAN EXPERIENCE
Auburn will host a Kid’s Zone on Friday with pony rides, bouncy houses, yard games, and more! Admission is free.

THE TIGER LINEUP
The Tiger lineup will feature three Jumping Seat All-Americans as they open the year ranked No. 3 nationally.
The Auburn Fences lineup against Lynchburg will include freshman Taylor Cawley, senior Avery Glynn, junior Kate Hagerty, sophomore Emily Jurnovoy and junior Ariana Marnell. Cawley, Glynn, Hagerty, Marnell and junior Sadie Berkhout will ride Flat.
Against Bridgewater, the Fences lineup stays the same — Cawley, Glynn, Hagerty, Jurnovoy and Marnell — while the Flat lineup swaps in junior Kate Parker for Glynn, joining Berkhout, Cawley, Hagerty and Marnell.
THE SERIES
Auburn is 2-0 all-time against Lynchburg, with matching 9-1 wins on March 6 and Oct. 22, 2021. The Tigers hold a 1-0 edge over Bridgewater as well, a 6-2 win on Nov. 17, 2022. Auburn has never allowed more than two points in either series and returns three Jumping Seat All-Americans as it opens the year ranked No. 3 nationally.

The team back at home against No. 5 SMU on Saturday, October 3 at 11 a.m. CT. It will be a full meet with both Western and Jumping Seat competing. Admission is free.
