Played in 16 games and made five starts in his second year … collected five hits with four runs and three RBI … collected a pinch hit vs. North Alabama (Feb. 21) and drove in a run as a pinch hitter vs. USC (Feb. 25) … went 1-for-3 with scored a pair of runs off the bench in the finale vs. the Trojans (Feb. 26) … made his first start of the season at Jacksonville State (Mar. 8) … started as the designated hitter later that week vs. Southeastern (Mar. 11) … went 2-for-4 with a RBI in a reserve role vs. Georgia Tech (Mar. 14) … started back-to-back games as the designated hitter at Arkansas (Apr. 18-19) … made his fifth and final start in game two of the doubleheader vs. Texas A&M (Apr. 7) … made an appearance in the SEC Tournament vs. Alabama (May 25).
2022 - FRESHMAN SEASON
Turned in a .253/.323/.350 slash line in 43 games and 27 starts in left and right field … collected four doubles and one homer … scored 18 runs and drove in 12 … was successful in his only stolen base attempt of the season … hit .260 in 18 games and 14 starts in SEC play … made his Auburn debut as a defensive replacement against Kansas State in Arlington (Feb. 20) and hit a single to right field in his first career at-bat … hit a pinch-hit, two-RBI double against Rhode Island (Mar. 5) … made his first career start against Ole Miss (Mar. 18), going 3-for-3 with a walk, hit-by-pitch, four runs, a double and two RBI … became the first Auburn freshman to reach base five times in a game since Steven Williams in 2018 … the game started a season-best, six-game hit streak … hit his first career home run at Texas A&M (Mar. 26) … followed it up by going 2-for-3 with two walks, four runs and a double in the series clincher against the Aggies (Mar. 27) … went 2-for-5 with a stolen base in the series opener at LSU (Mar. 31) … started just one game from Apr. 19 until the NCAA Tournament before going 5-for-12 with three runs and three RBI and being named to the Auburn Regional All-Tournament Team … matched a season high with three hits in the opening game against Southeastern (June 3) … matched a season high with two RBI against Florida State (June 4) … went 2-for-4 with a RBI in the opening game of the Corvallis Super Regional (June 11) … went 1-for-2 with a walk in the College World Series win against Stanford (June 20).
