SUMMER 2007 Named Baseball America[apos]s Player of the Summer, the Valley League MVP and the top prospect to play in the Shenandoah Valley League ... Went 3-1 with a 2.66 ERA with 48 strikeouts in 51.0 innings for the Winchester Royals ... Also led the league in hitting (.417), on-base percentage (.517) and slugging percentage (.642). ... Drove in 32 runs ... Named the VBL Player of the Week on July 2.
