2017 -- REDSHIRT SENIOR YEAR
Made 23 appearances and one start on the season … posted a 4-0 record with a 3.44 ERA … led the team and ranked 10th in the SEC with six saves … struck out 50 batters and issued only 13 walks in 55.0 innings pitched … turned in a 2.93 ERA and recorded three saves during conference play … named a CoSIDA Academic All-American for the second time in his career (2015) … pitched 4.0 scoreless innings and earned his first save of the season vs. George Washington (2/18) … earned the win after pitching 1.1 scoreless innings of relief vs. Florida A&M (2/22) … tossed 4.0 scoreless innings and earned his second save vs. Holy Cross (2/25) … pitched 2.0 scoreless innings and earned the save vs. No. 5 Florida (3/18) … picked up his fourth and fifth saves in back-to-back games at Georgia Tech (3/21) and vs. Georgia (3/24) … got the win after allowing one run on four hits in 4.2 innings of relief at Mississippi State (4/29) … nailed down his final save of the season in 3.0 innings vs. Ole Miss (5/18) … made his only start of the season in the SEC Tournament vs. Florida (5/24) … pitched a season-high 7.2 innings and matched a career-high with 10 strikeouts in the NCAA Regional vs. Florida State (6/4) … signed with the Milwaukee Brewers following the season.

Appeared in 16 games with 12 starts … Led all starters with a 2.53 ERA, which ranked third in the SEC … Led team in wins finishing 8-2 … Pitched 92.2 innings and led the team with 91 strikeouts … Selected as an Academic All-American for 2015 … Named CoSIDA Academic All District Team 2015 … Named to All SEC Team … Selected as SEC Pitcher of the Week on April 20^th for his complete game effort against Ole Miss in which he picked up a career high 10 strikeouts … Pitched four innings and struck out eight in a relief appearance against Binghamton (2/13) … Picked up a win against Oklahoma State (2/28) and struck out eight batters in 4.2 innings … Pitched seven innings, not allowing a run against Mississippi State (3/27) and struck out seven batters … Lasted a complete game against Ole Miss (4/17) and struck out ten batters while only allowing one run … Picked up a win and pitched 7.2 innings in the first round of the SEC Tournament against Kentucky (5/19) with nine strikeouts … Made one appearance in the Regionals with 5.2 innings pitched and seven strikeouts against Charleston (5/29) ... Cole Lipscomb’s 91 strikeouts in 2015 were the most by an Auburn pitcher since Chris Bootcheck had 101 in 2000
