2019 – REDSHIRT SENIOR YEAR
Played in two games as a defensive replacement at first base ... served on the team’s Legacy Group as a leader of the team … made his first appearance of the season and drew a walk vs. Alabama A&M (Feb. 19) … went 1-for-1 after coming off the bench at Georgia Tech (Apr. 16) ... named to the Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll. 

2018 – REDSHIRT JUNIOR YEAR
Made four appearances in his first year on The Plains and finished the season 1-for-4 … reached base at a .400 clip … made his Auburn debut vs. BYU and ripped an opposite-field double in his first at-bat (Mar. 3) … came off the bench and drew a walk vs. Alabama A&M (Apr. 3) … appeared in a pinch-hitting role at Alabama (Apr. 21) and Troy (May 15).

JUNIOR COLLEGE
Played for Doug Kovash at Central Alabama Community College in 2016 … played in 26 games and turned in a .234/.277/.413 slash line … recorded a 0.8 K-BB ratio … hit a pair of doubles and drove in five runs … also made two appearances on the mound.

HIGH SCHOOL
Three-year letterwinner for John Emme at Corona del Mar High School (Calif.) … played in 78 games and turned in a .318 average with 23 RBI … went 10-7 with a 2.72 career ERA on the mound … ranks third in school history in innings pitched (103) … two-time all-league honoree and was named the team MVO his junior and senior seasons … also a three-year letterwinner, two-time all-league honoree and 2014 state champion in football.

PERSONAL
Son of Gregg and Jill Olson … his father is a two-time Auburn All-American and was drafted fourth overall in 1988 … he was named the 1989 AL Rookie of the Year and went on to have a 14-year MLB career … has three siblings, Brooke, Ashley and Ryan … working on getting his MBA in Mechanical Engineering.
