2019 – SOPHOMORE YEAR
Played and started in 65 of the team’s 66 games at third base … led the team in home runs (10) and RBI (57) for the second straight season … his 126 RBI in the last two seasons are the most in the SEC during the span … became the first Auburn player with 50 or more RBI in back-to-back seasons since 2009-10 … reached 100 career RBI in his 94th career game, becoming the fifth fastest Auburn player to reach 100 RBI behind Tim Hudson (78 games), Gabe Gross (86 games), Frank Thomas (89 games) and Todd Faulkner (90 games) … led the team for the second straight season with 19 multi-RBI games … turned in six multi-hit games in the first 11 games of the season … went 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI in the season opener vs. Georgia Southern (Feb. 15) … was 5-for-13 with four runs, a double, home run and six RBI in the series … turned in his first career multi-home run game vs. Alabama A&M (Feb. 20) … also scored three runs and drove in three in the contest … went 3-for-4 with three runs, a home run and two RBI vs. UT Martin (Mar. 5), capping off a stretch of five home runs in the first 11 games … drove in the game-tying and go-ahead runs in the eighth inning of a sweep-clinching win vs. Tennessee (Mar. 17) … drove in the tying run in the eighth inning of Auburn’s comeback win at Mississippi State (Mar. 22) … matched a season high with three hits while also scoring and driving in a pair in the series finale (Mar. 24) … drove in a season-high four runs and homered in the series opener vs. Ole Miss (Apr. 18) … collected a pair of hits in back-to-back games vs. Alabama (May 5) and UAB (May 7) … was named to the SEC All-Tournament Team for the second straight season after going 3-for-10 with a run and three RBI in three games … led the team with a .429 average (12-for-28) in eight NCAA Tournament games … also scored a team-high 10 runs and hit two home runs with nine RBI … member of the Atlanta Regional All-Tournament Team … went 5-for-12 with four runs, a home run and six RBI in the Chapel Hill Super Regional … hit a three-run home run to cap off Auburn’s comeback win in the super regional opener against the Tar Hills (Jun. 8) … it marked his first home run since Apr. 18 … drove in a pair of runs to spark Auburn’s 13-run first inning in the decisive game three in Chapel Hill (Jun. 10) … was 4-for-6 and reached base in six of eight plate appearances at the College World Series … homered and drove in three runs in the College World Series opener vs. Mississippi State (Jun. 16) … his home run was tied for the longest in the history of TD Ameritrade Park at 429 feet … was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 18th round of the MLB Draft.
2018 – FRESHMAN YEAR
Played in 62 games and earned a start in 59 contests at designated hitter, right field and second base … hit .275 with 17 home runs and 69 RBI … his 69 RBI broke Frank Thomas’ freshman program record that had stood since 1987 and were the most in the SEC as well as the most among freshmen nationally … his 17 home runs were tied for second among freshmen nationally and the most by an Auburn player since 2010 … was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team ... earned Second Team ABCA All-South Region Honors … was named a Freshman All-American by Baseball America, Collegiate Baseball, D1 Baseball, NCBWA and Perfect Game/Rawlings … went 3-for-4 with two walks, two runs and three RBI in his Auburn debut vs. Longwood (Feb. 17) … hit his first collegiate home run and drove in four runs vs. BYU (Mar. 2) … went 2-for-4 with a double, home run and four more RBI in game two of a doubleheader the following day (Mar. 3) … went on a seven-game hitting streak and collected multiple hits in five contests from Mar. 3-14 … homered in back-to-back games vs. Alabama (Mar. 27) and Missouri (Mar. 30) … went 3-for-3 with a walk, two hit-by-pitches, two doubles, a home run and three RBI vs. Alabama A&M (Apr. 3) … he was the only Auburn player to reach base six times in a game this season and his five runs scored were the most since 2009 … finished the Alabama series 4-for-11 with five runs, two home runs and eight RBI (Apr. 20-21) … hit a pair of three-run home runs in the series at Florida (Apr. 27-28) … went 2-for-4 with his second grand slam of the season vs. Vanderbilt (May 5) … hit his sixth home run in a span of 11 games vs. South Alabama (May 8) … went 3-for-5 with two runs, a home run and four RBI in the regular season finale vs. LSU (May 19) … was named to the SEC All-Tournament Team after collecting four hits with one home run and five RBI in Hoover … delivered the walk-off single in the bottom of the 11th inning in the Tigers tournament opening win vs. Kentucky (May 22) … hit his third grand slam of the season the following day vs. Ole Miss (May 23) … was also named to the Raleigh Regional All-Tournament Team after going 7-for-13 with six runs, two home runs and six RBI in the three games ... went 1-for-3 with a run and his record-breaking 69th RBI of the season in the super regional opener in Gainesville (June 9).
