Played for Chad Smith at Loveless Academic Magnet Program … 2017 ASWA Second Team All-State … hit .382 with 15 doubles, two home runs and 44 RBI as a senior … also went 8-4 and turned in a 2.90 ERA on the mound … hit a career-best .405 as a junior … two-time All-Metro Team honoree … hit 24 career doubles and drove in 85 career runs … received the 2017 Fellowship of Christian Athletes Leadership Award … travel team was the Triton Rays … also a three-year letterwinner and state qualifier on the swim team.
