2022 - GRADUATE SEASON
Turned in a .297/.379/.454 slash line in 53 games and 46 starts, primarily as the designated hitter … his average was good for third on the team … collected 11 doubles, six homers and 31 RBI while scoring 36 runs … hit .295 in 27 league games, including 24 starts … missed the first nine games of the season due to injury … made his Auburn debut in a pinch-hitting role against Rhode Island (Mar. 4) and singled thru the left side … made his first start the following day and scored a season-high three runs … hit his first Auburn homer and drove in a pair in the series finale against the Rams (Mar. 6) … collected his first multi-hit game in an Auburn uniform in the SEC opener against Ole Miss (Mar. 17) … went 4-for-8 with two walks and three runs in the series against the Rebels … collected a season-high three hits and drove in a pair of runs against South Alabama (Mar. 22) … with two strikes and two outs in the ninth inning, hit a game-tying, two-RBI double in the series opener at Texas A&M (Mar. 25) … hit a three-run homer against Vanderbilt (Apr. 8) … hit a game-winning, pinch-hit RBI double in the eighth inning of the series finale at Mississippi State (Apr. 16) … homered and drove in a season-high four runs against Kennesaw State (Apr. 20) … matched a season high with three hits in the middle game against South Carolina (Apr. 23) … went on an 11-game hitting streak from Apr. 26-May 17, tied for the second longest streak on the team … homered in back-to-back games against Arkansas (May 6-7) … turned in his third three-hit game of the year at Troy (May 10) … hit a go-ahead double in the sixth inning of the series opener against Alabama (May 13) … went 5-for-13 with five runs, two doubles, a homer and five RBI in the Auburn Regional and was named to the All-Tournament Team … collected multiple hits and drove in multiple runs against both Florida State (June 4) and UCLA (June 5) … went 2-for-4 with a double in game two of the Corvallis Super Regional (June 12) … doubled in the team’s College World Series win against Stanford (June 20).

2021 - SENIOR SEASON AT SAMFORD
Turned in his fourth straight season with an average above .300 as he hit .301 with 13 doubles, six homers and 37 RBI ... scored 38 runs and was 2-2 in stolen bases ... hit .330 in SoCon play. 

2020 - JUNIOR SEASON AT SAMFORD
Named first team All-American by Collegiate Baseball...named the SoCon’s Top Hitter by D1Baseball.com… led the SoCon in hits (19) and batting average (.500) in a COVID-shortened season … had multiple hits in seven of the team’s 15 games… in the season-opening series with UNC Asheville, went 7-for-9 with a home run, a double and eight RBI… went 3-for-3 with a double at Austin Peay… had seven hits and four RBI in a series with Northern Kentucky… went 3-for-4 with two RBI against Louisiana-Lafayette.
 
2019 - SOPHOMORE SEASON AT SAMFORD
Named first-team All-SoCon…batted .345 with 17 doubles, six home runs and 41 RBI…had 23 multi-hit games…had at least three hits in 11 games…had a season-high four hits three times, accomplishing the feat against Kennesaw State, VMI and UNCG…earned a season high 13 putouts against Georgia State… had four assists against Mercer… hit well against UNC Greensboro with four hits and a homerun… ended the season with a .985 fielding percentage.
 
2018 - FRESHMAN SEASON AT SAMFORD
Played in all 62 games, starting 61 contests…finished the season with a .343 batting average…had 25 multi-hit games…tallied three hits seven times, against Austin Peay, Alabama A&M, Alabama, Wofford, Mercer and twice against Furman, earned a career high 14 putouts against Alabama A&M… stole a base and scored three runs against Western Carolina.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Starred at Faith Academy in Mobile, Ala., where he closed out his high school career as the 138th-ranked third baseman in the nation and the fifth-ranked player at the position in Alabama.

Son of Danny and Kristi Carlson ... has two siblings, Parker and Ellie ... his brother, Parker, is a freshman pitcher on the Auburn baseball team ... graduated from Samford in 2021 ... enrolled in graduate program in College of Business ... born Dec. 8, 1998.
