One of two Tigers to start all 60 games ... finished fourth on the team with 53 hits ... slugged eight doubles, two home runs and a team-leading two triples ... third on the team in RBI with 24 ... scored 35 runs, the second most by a Tiger ... executed a team-leading eight sacrifice bunts ... lead the team in stolen bases with 15 on 17 attempts.

1998 | JUNIOR SEASON:
Played in 53 games ... scored 20 runs, tied for third most on the team last season ... walked 12 times, the second most on the team, third in school history for a single-season ... recorded seven stolen bases ... led the team in sacrifice bunts with 15 ... also ranks third in school history for runs scored in a single-season with 26 ... named to the All-SEC Academic Honor Roll. 

1997 | SOPHOMORE SEASON:
Was selected as the team captain ... led the team in home runs with two and runs batted in with 28 ... was a perfect seven-for-seven in stolen base attempts in SEC games ... had four RBI in one game against UNC-Charlotte ... hit first home run in Auburn history against UNC-Charlotte.

1996 | AT HUNTINGDON:
Led team in putouts while playing centerfield ... played both softball and volleyball.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Led the team with a .439 batting average and 18 doubles as a senior ... named to ALL-11 Team (as catcher), all-county and all-area ... the team MVP and captain ... led the team with a .459 batting average, .725 on-base percentage and 23 home runs during junior season ... named all-tournament, all-area, all-county and all-state ... the team's offensive player of the year, team MVP and team captain ... played with the Strokers, Bay Breeze and White Lightning summer teams ... leading pitcher for the Strokers with a 2.91 ERA ... leading hitter for Bay Breeze with a .399 average ... selected to the All-NSA tournament team and third team pitcher at AFA Nationals ... posted a 3.68 high shcool GPA ... was homecoming queen and Baldwin County Junior Miss ... selected to Who's Who Among American High School Students.

Born Christina Elizabeth Steiner on August 6, 1976 ... daughter of Conrad and Margaret Steiner ... oldest of five children ... a third generation Auburn student ... her uncle, Eric Lazzari, was a cheerleader at Auburn from 1984-88 ... member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society ... played softball with the Auburn Club team in 1996.
