The only player on the team to play in all 56 games and start in 55 of them ... ranked second on the team in hitting (.301) ... led the team in stolen bases for the second consecutive year ... ranked eighth in the conference in stolen bases ... tied for first in leading the team in hits with 56 ... led the team in at bats for the second year in a row ... holds school record for most at bats in a single game with seven ... also holds school record for most at bats in a single season (236), hits (81), runs scored (43), steal attempts (24) and stolen bases (19).
1997 | SOPHOMORE SEASON:
Played in all 69 games ... led Auburn in at bats, runs, hits, stolen bases and on-base percentage ... had second highest hit total in the SEC with 81 ... Named second team All-SEC.
1996 | AT MIDDLE TENNESSEE:
Awarded best offense award and named Most Valuable Player at Middle Tennessee State ... Named Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the Year ... a first-team all-tournament selection ... finished fifth in the nation with 52 stolen bases and 23rd in the nation with a .431 batting average.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Led Page High School to a third-place finish in the state during her senior season ... named All-State Player of the Year for Class AA ... selected as the Most Valuable Player ... an all-district selection ... named base all-around female athlete her junior and senior seasons ... earned best offensive player and Most Valuable Player honors as a junior ... led her summer team to ASA National Invitational Tournament Championship becoming the first non-California team to accomplish the feat ... plated against the U.S. National team in a fund raising event.
