Selected NFCA Third Team All-American ... added All-SEC and NFCA All-Region First Team honors ... tabbed tp the SEC Academic Honor Roll and was named to ESPN The Magazine All-Academic team ... named SEC Player of the Week on May 2 ... started all 65 games that she appeared in ... finished second on the squad with a .376 batting average ... totaled 67 hits, including nine doubles and finished second on the team with 13 home runs ... scored 28 runs and added 46 RBI, which was good for second on the squad ... held a .646 slugging clip ... drew the second most walks by a Tiger at 27 to help hold a .461 on-base percentage ... swiped a pair of bases ... led the Tigers with a .450 batting average in SEC play ... held a .986 fielding percentage behind 327 putouts and 21 assists while committing just five errors.
2004 | JUNIOR SEASON:
SEC Academic Honor Roll … played in 44 games, starting 13 … batted .219 in 64 at bats, collecting eight RBI and five doubles … named to SEC All-Tournament Team after hitting .364 and slugging .727 … was 4-for-11 in five Auburn games, going 3-for-4 with two RBI against Mississippi State … went 7-for-27 in pinch hitting role.
2003 | SOPHOMORE SEASON:
Started 24 of the 42 games she played in ... hit .179 with four home runs and 14 RBIs ... hit her first career grand slam against Alabama A&M on Feb. 23 ... slammed a three-run homer in the South Florida game on Feb. 1 ... tied the team-season high with four RBI in the Alabama A&M game ... had a perfect fielding percentage of 1.000.
Played in 28 games and started 11 as DH ... hit .262 with two home runs and eight RBI ... was fourth on the team in slugging percentage (.452) and on-base percentage (.360).
HIGH SCHOOL:
Named the Birmingham News State Player of the Year in 2001 ... Gatorade Player of the Year in 2001 ... Wendy's High School Heisman Award nominee ... Rivals.com National Player of the Week in 2001 ... named to the Alabama High School Athletic Association All-State team as a sophomore, junior and senior ... earned All-Shelby County honors during all four varsity seasons ... was member of two State Championship teams in 1998 and 1999 ... broke several AHSAA records throughout career including single-season RBI record (79), career RBI record (187), single-season home run record (20); was also second most home runs ever nationally, career home run record (40) ... as a senior she batted .470 and had a slugging percentage of .934 ... voted Best All-Around at AU Softball Camp in 2000 ... lettered in basketball all four years ... member of the National Honor Society.
