The winners of the semifinal rounds will advance to the Championship round.

Each dual meet in the 2026 SEC Equestrian Championship will consist of 20 head‑to‑head rides across four events:

  • Jumping Seat – 5 riders per team
  • Flat – 5 riders per team
  • Horsemanship – 5 riders per team
  • Reining – 5 riders per team

In each head‑to‑head matchup, both riders perform on the same horse, and the rider with the higher score earns one point for their team.

At the end of all 20 rides, the team with the most points is declared the winner.

If the meet ends in a 10–10 tie, the raw score tiebreaker (total of all judges’ scores) will determine the winner as outlined in SEC Championship procedures.

Credential requests should be submitted via email to Kendra Willard at kal0014@auburn.edu by Wednesday, March 25 at 5 p.m. CT. Media credentials will be approved or denied at the discretion of the Auburn Athletics Communications Office.
