Doors open one hour (60 minutes) prior to match start.

Scholarship Entrance will serve as the primary point of entry for all volleyball matches.

• Aubie Chow will be open for all Auburn Volleyball matches. (Located between Sections F and G)
• Hall of Honor will be open for select SEC Volleyball matches. (Located behind Section 105)

Accessible parking is available across from the Scholarship Entrance.

There are 3 public elevators located in Neville Arena.

• Scholarship Entrance: Two elevators located in the Scholarship Lobby with access to the Maddox Club, Scholarship Terrace, 100 and 200 levels.
• North Entrance: One elevator located in the North Entry Lobby with access to the 100 and 200 levels as well as Aubie Chow access for students who require accessible entry to the student section.

Chalk Talk will be held during pre-game for each SEC home match, as well as the Alabama Showdown on September 17th for First Serve Club members.

All doors open one hour (60 minutes) prior to first serve.

All patrons shall comply with sportsmanship principles outlined in NCAA Constitution, Article 1, C and SEC Bylaw, Article 10.

Guest conduct is expected to be of a respectful level prior to, during, and after each competition.

The following conduct is deemed inappropriate:

• Using racist, sexist, threatening, or inflammatory language.
• Displaying clothing, signage, or material with profane or abusive language, obscene graphics, or inflammatory reference.
• Attempting to enter the competition area.
• Throwing objects, including but not limited to associated paper or plastic concessions service items within the seating areas or onto the field of play.  
• Illegally possessing alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, or smoking.
• Taking or posting inappropriate photos of student-athletes, cheerleaders, dance team members, band members, or fellow spectators.

If ejected from the venue for any reason, the guest will not receive a refund, will not be readmitted, and attendance at future athletics events is subject to review.

Auburn University students ejected from the venue for any reason are also subject to referral to Student Affairs.

Guests in violation of federal, state, or city ordinances will be subject to arrest and prosecution.

A professionally trained and licensed East Alabama Medical Center EMTs is stationed in the SW corner between Sections K and L.

Flash photography is strictly prohibited while competition is taking place.

Clear Bag Policy

• Non-clear bags that exceed 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" OR clear bags that exceed 12" x 6" x 12" are prohibited. 

Metal Detector Policy

• In an effort to continue Auburn University's long-standing commitment to provide a safe and secure environment for all fans, coaches and student-athletes, walk-through metal detectors will be implemented at all doors of Neville Arena on matchdays.

Water Bottle Policy

• Fans are allowed to bring in one unopened factory-sealed water bottle (up to 1 liter in size).

• Artificial noisemakers
• Backpacks
• Bags larger than 12" x 12" x 12"
• Cameras with lenses over 4 inches
• Food/beverage from outside arena (including alcoholic beverages)
• Hover Boards and Scooters
• Pets
• Recording devices
• Stadium seats with arms
• Video cameras
• Weapons (including pocket knives)

All available home games will be broadcasted on WEGL 91.1 FM, the Auburn Athletics App, and AuburnTigers.com.

Re-entry is permitted, although all fans must go through security upon re-entry.

Men’s and Women’s restrooms: Scholarship hallway as well as in Aubie Chow Lobby. (Changing tables are provided in each restroom.) 

Restrooms next to the Hall of Honor and at the back of Scholarship Terrace are available for fans seated in sections 101-104 .

Three family restrooms are accessible for fans inside Neville Arena located behind Section 105/106, Section 112/113, and Section 119.

Due to university policy, smoking is prohibited inside Neville Arena and on the campus of Auburn University.
