Education: Kincy earned a bachelor's degree in 2012 in interdisciplinary studies from Arkansas State.

Job Responsibilities: Kincy serves as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Auburn football team.

Past Experiences: Kincy was hired as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the prior to the 2015 football season, after joining Auburn in 2013 as a graduate assistant. As a graduate assistant, he worked with equestrian in 2013 and has helped lead the team to two national championships (2013, 2016) and one SEC title (2016).

Personal: Originally from St. Petersburg, Fla., Kincy has one son, Amaud.
