Education: Larson graduated from Susquehanna University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in communications.

Job Responsibilities: Larson is responsible for scouting, breaking down, and evaluating opponents’ special teams. He works under Special Teams Coordinator Larry Porter and assists the recruiting office.  
 
Past Experience: Larson previously worked at Colorado State (2017-20) as a Senior Football Analyst. He was the Defensive Line Coach and Special Teams Coordinator at University of Tennessee Martin in 2017 after working at the University of Texas from 2013-17 as a Football Analyst/Quality Control.  From 2010-13, Larson worked at the University of Tennesse as an Associate Football Strength Coach / Football Quality Control. From 2007-10, Larson served as a Graduate Assistant at Louisiana Tech before getting his start in college coaching working as an Assistant Head Strength Coach at Northwestern State University in 2006-07.
 
Personal: Larson is originally from Mercersburg, Pennsylvania and is married to the former Lindsay Gilbert. They have one daughter, Collins.
