Former LPGA and Stanford golfer Kim Hall joined the Auburn women’s golf staff as a volunteer assistant coach prior to the 2018-19 season. Head coach Melissa Luellen then named Hall assistant coach on April 8th, 2020 and Hall was promoted to associate head coach ahead of the 2022-23 season.

She has a thirst for knowledge and loves supporting our student-athletes and helping them grow and improve on and off the course. She is an excellent role model for our players to emulate."

With Hall on the staff, the Tigers made three consecutive appearances in the NCAA Championship from 2019-2022, including national semifinal finishes in 2019 and 2022, as well as national quarterfinal finishes in 2021 and 2024. Hall was also an assistant coach on the 2021 SEC Championship team.
Auburn players have accumulated 18 All-SEC and SEC All-Freshman honors since Hall joined the staff and seven WGCA All-American honors have been awarded to Tigers during the same span.
Hall's first season on the staff was a breakout year for Auburn in 2018-19, with two tournament victories and a national semifinal appearance. After the COVID-19 pandemic cut the following season short, the Tigers claimed two titles, including an SEC Championship, during the 2020-21 season.
During the 2021-22 campaign, Auburn captured seven top five finishes and won the stroke play portion of the SEC Championship before going on to finish the season as national semifinalists. The Tigers finished in the top-5 in nine of 11 events played with two victories during the 2022-23 season.
In 2023-24, Auburn reached match play at the NCAA Championship for the fourth time since 2019 and finished the season as national quarterfinalists. The following season, Auburn recorded a tournament victory at the Cougar Classic and recieved a bid to an NCAA Regional for the eighth consecutive season in 2024-25.
Hall, a native of San Antonio, Texas, played five full seasons on the LPGA Tour from 2006-10, serving three seasons as Player Vice President on the LPGA Board of Directors. Her top finish as a professional was a third-place showing at the 2008 Bell Micro LPGA Classic. She retired from full-time competition in 2010 after the birth of her first child.
Hall was a four-year letter winner at Stanford from 1999-2003. She was the team MVP for two seasons, earning one victory along with 13 top-10 finishes. She was also a three-time selection to the All-Pac 10 Team. Hall graduated from Stanford in 2003 with a degree in American studies and a minor in political science.
As a junior golfer in San Antonio, she was the 1996 Texas state champion, the 1997 South Texas Player of the Year and a four-time junior All-American.
The former Kim Rowton is married to Casey Hall, and the couple resides in Auburn with their two children, Maggie and AJ.
