Education: Webb earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in management from Auburn University in 2015, and her Master of Education in Adult Education from Auburn University in 2016.

Job Responsibilities: She supports Auburn Athletics’ revenue sharing and NIL operations by assisting with the planning and execution of unique donor, fan, and student-athlete events.

Experience: Webb most recently served as the Assistant General Manager of On-Campus Recruiting for Auburn Football, where she led the department for four seasons and helped secure back-to-back top 10 recruiting classes in 2023 and 2024. Prior to that, she spent four seasons as the Director of Basketball Operations for Auburn Women’s Basketball, overseeing team operations, travel, budgeting, equipment, marketing, and community service initiatives. She also served as Special Assistant to the Head Coach for one season and began her career with Auburn Men’s Basketball, spending three seasons as a graduate assistant and student manager.

Personal: A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Bianca enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes. In her free time, she also enjoys hiking and Pilates.
